Tires
Location http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Through_tires_playground_04-2004.jpg
Observations Tires reused as playground equipment.
Explanations Tires are one of the worst things that can be thrown into a landfill. They take up a lot of room and they can collect rainwater that is a prime breeding ground for mosquitoes. Tires can be repurposed, or used for other purposes, such as tire swings and playground toys. They can also be recycled and used to make school gym floors and shoes.
