Lemons
Location http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Lemon.jpg
Observations Yellow lemons cut into sections.
Explanations Baking soda can be used as an indicator of how much acid food contains. You can test lemon and lime juice, and you should find that lemons and limes tested with baking soda produce a lot of gas. Lemons and limes that are tested give off more gas than grapefruits and oranges that are tested.
