Leaf marks
Location http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Container_beets_with_cabbage_moth_damage.jpg
Observations These beet plants have small holes in the leaves that have damaged the plant.
Explanations Many insects chew on plant leaves as a food source. The insects don't normally eat an entire leaf, but instead make small holes or patterns in the leaves. This can cause the leaf to wither.
