Observations	An old convent. The building is made of bricks and some of its windows are boarded up.
Explanations	Urban decay refers to a city or part of a city that cannot be repaired. This building may or may not fall under urban decay, but it is important to realize that non-living objects and structures will show signs of decay in time.
